I recently celebrated my sons 8th birthday with a Monster Glow in the Dark Party. We had a blast. I began planning for the party with the color pallet of Orange, Green, Purple, Chevron Black and White and anything glow in the dark.
The party with a candy invitation.
The Centerpiece was an exagerrated blow up of the monsters on the invitation. I got these monsters free from clipartpal
The party location had a black light throughout which made anything white or glow in the dark light up. Check out the sign below. I did add glow in the dark puffy paint (found at Michael's)
I couldn't get enough of Chevron. I ordered the chevron paper for Hobby Lobby. This wrapping paper was think and heavy. Loved it. It worked for the best backdrop and great for wrapping the rice crispy treats and oreo mummy pops.
The cake, rice crispy treats and mummy pops were made by Sugar Fairy. They looked great and were delicious.
The favor bags were purchased after Halloween for 70% off at Michaels. It pays to start early!
The location was the Monster Glow in the Dark Mini Golf
They had great decorated party room. So all I needed was some quick centerpieces and a couple of balloons.
We love the glow in the dark shirts that I ordered from Spreadshirt
Now that Bailey is 8…the loving pictures that I use to take after every birthday party are no longer. He told me that he was so over it…lol…but I still made him take it anyway.
They allowed my son to make a glow in the dark hand print. So Cute!
